This frame is from the mid 90s as far as I can tell and is in good structural condition. There are some scratches in a few places and glue residue but no dents, cracks, or deep rust. There was some rust dust inside the bottom bracket shell when I removed the BB, but as far as I can tell the threads are good and there aren't any areas where the paint is bubbling because of deep rust.
The original Tioga Alchemy headset is included and in decent shape, has some wear and grime but seemed to spin smoothly enough,
