Vintage 90s GT 130mm Mountain Bike Quill Stem Flat Profile for 1-1/8"

I got this stem with a bulk lot of bike parts that I recently purchased, it's in goof structural condition but missing the wedge and bolt that go in the steerer shaft, as well as the handlebar clamp bolt. Priced accordingly. The paint is faded from sun exposure.
