U.S. #E6 1902 10¢ Bicycle Messenger Special Delivery Block of 4 Mint

A high quality rare E6 Special Delivery Stamp block of 4 (VF) $10 cent Bicycle Messenger Special Delivery.   This stamp was issued in 1902 with left perforations of 12.  Please see photos.   All 4 stamps are in exquisite condition with crisp perforations and original gum with small hing mark in center back.  Stamps have original gum which does not show well in the photos. Later versions of this stamp were issued in 1908, 1911, 1914, 1916, and 1917 - 1925; all later versions had perforations of 10, 11 with watermarks on some issues. This is really rare and valuable plate block that is getting very hard to find in mint condition. Left plate block margin shows centering. Printing Method: Engraved.
