Hey all-
Up for sale is the Shimano Deore M8100 12sp Cassette, Derailleur, Shifter and Chain off of my bike. Details:
I switched back to 11sp and am selling my 12sp XT setup. I tried to keep up with this drivetrain with regular cleaning, lubrication and adjustments.
It shifted great when removed. I bought this drivetrain last year, so it has one season of riding on it. Condition:
A few scratches are present on the derailleur. I lubricated the clutch not too long ago.
I recently did a ride in West Virginia where the chain got wet. It needs to be cleaned in vinegar and relubed, but the chain itself isn’t very old.
Shifter is in nice shape and works as it should.
