Nice Rock Shox "Judy XC" cantilever or v-brake mountain bike suspension fork.  1 1/8" threaded steerer tube.  Steerer tube is 7" (178-mm), threadless.  Cantilever or v-brake mount, for 26" mountain bike wheels.  Standard mountain bike dropouts.  Original silver with gold, with all the decals.  Fairly clean Judy XC fork, needs a rebuild, it's currently flat.
