I bought a few of these "lowers" from a police auction several years ago. I don't know their origin or how they ended up at a police auction. I sold a few of them already and the guys that bought them didn't report a problem, so I assume they are structurally sound. I have rattle can spray painted some of these in the past and the paint adheres well and looks good. The ones I have for sale are just gray primer. Please evaluate condition when you receive them...I will accept refunds if you are not satisfied with this item before use.
