ORIGINAL Vintage 80s Country Mountain Cabin Bicycle SIGNED Corbeau

This beautiful country scene painting features a bicyclist pedaling along a fence line, up a hill that is covered with bright daisies and wildflowers.  There is a small cabin or barn at the top of the hill.  The medium is oil on canvas, mounted on wood, and framed. This pastoral landscape is executed in shades of green - olive, chartreuse, sage, forest, and spring green with ivory, gold, and taupe accents.  The frame is solid wood that has been painted a burnished gold.
The painting is signed "Corbeau".  I was able to locate several signed pieces by this artist online, but no information on him/her.  There are a series of paintings by the artist "Corbeau" that are focused on this hillside cabin and meadow that were painted in the 1980s, so I am reasonably sure this painting was part of that series.  Although it was almost certainly painted in the '80s, it has an MCM feel to it, especially with the frame style, and would work really well with MCM decor. It measures  13" x  25" (framed), landscape orientation and a nice medium size that will work well in many spaces. The (canvas)  picture itself is in excellent condition, with no visible stains, tears, or holes.  The frame has very minimal normal wear, but no significant scratches ,scuffs or gouges.  The painting is securely mounted in the frame.  The hanging brackets and wire are secure and sturdy.   Please see photos for more detail.
