Lifetime Warranty ***ONLY ITEMS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM OMNI RACER ON THIS EBAY ACCOUNT OR OMNI RACER SITE QUALIFY FOR FULL WARRANTY*** Lifetime Product Warranty: Always have OMNI Racer products installed by a qualified mechanic, or carefully follow directions provided with the product. Always use a torque wrench and torque bolts as specified. Limits of the Warranty: At its sole discretion, OMNI Racer agrees to repair or replace products deemed by OMNI Racer to be defective in materials and/or workmanship. OMNI Racer reserves the right to replace product with like replacements that may have graphics or finishing different from the original part. Explanation of Warranty: It is the product users responsibility to examine the product on a regular basis to determine the need for service or replacement. Not covered under this warranty are the following: OMNI Racer products that have been modified, neglected, or poorly maintained. OMNI Racer products that have been used in stunt riding, or for commercial use. Damage to products improperly installed or repaired. Damage from causes other than defects in materials and workmanship such as a users lack of skill, competence, or experience.
