Forks are used and still have rebound, how well they work I do not know nor do I work on these, so being sold as is, for restoration & display, Fork should be rebuilt before any real use. Fork may have scratches, nicks, slight rust, fading, decal loss, comes as shown. I do not work on suspension forks or very versed, fork has rebound, I suspect it needs a rebuild before serious use, or at least a professional opinion.
