Klein 18" mountain bike frame vintage USA

This is a late 90's(?) Klein MTB frame. Based on the lack of decals and the external cable routing, I'm guessing it was a custom frame. Has a WTU Serial number indicating it was built post Trek buyout. Frame is in good condition I would say 7/10 cosmetically. BB threads are clean, dropouts are good, there is some paint missing from chain suck on the chainstay but not terrible. There are some spots where the clear coat is cracking and some dings/scratches in the paint (see photos) but overall its in good shape.
