Hope's floating rotors allow for better heat management and have a machined radius on either edge of the brake rotor. When I ship,   I charge exact shipping costs (rounded up to the next dollar), unless using a flat shipping fee. I ship USPS Priority Mail, UPS and Fed-Ex and will choose the cheaper of the three (unless you request a carrier, or the item is to large for USPS).
