The frame appears to have been polished de polished or sanded lightly? I am not a polish finisher and do not know if polish would fill this in? or if it will have the new Chrome luster of the originally? I know the bike has been strored indoors and dry for most of its life. ,

The Derailer & brakes and cranks appear to be original, but can not guarantee.
