This is a rare find–a 1989 bike that is probably stock. And no one has done a better paint job since. Some wear to paint/decals, especially on left side, and brake lever pivots have a little play (I think this is a common thing with this vintage of MTB, the levers were nice and big so they feel sloppy). I recently shredded some trails with this and can attest that she loves to rip. Pedals, cranks, derailleurs, wheels seem original. Deore throughout, even hubs and pedals! 3x6, rear U-brake, biopace. Best of all, these old MTBs basically have the geometry of a modern gravel bike. You can do anything with it. Slick tires, drop bars, big tires, index shifters, 9speed cassette, it’s all possible. Seat tube is about 19”. Top tube is about 20.5” this was one of the smaller sizes specialized made that year, and with adjustments to saddle I’m guessing 5’7”-6’ is the height range.
